As an EASA 145 repair station, HeliControl Kft. is your one-stop shop for comprehensive helicopter maintenance. With an extensive library of manufacturers' technical data on site our skilled technicians perform routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

We are specialized in helicopter heavy maintenance and refurbishment. Our modern, fully equipped facility is located in Vasvár, in the West of Hungary. This base supports a wide range of aircraft maintenance activities varying from heavy base-maintenance checks, line-maintenance, logistic support, asset and maintenance management.

Our experienced team has a genuine passion for helicopters and the skill to provide you and your helicopter with exceptional service.

Structural repairs

Structural repairs are another aspect of HeliControl Kft.’s commitment to total support. State-of-the-art equipment combined with the knowledge and experience of our structural technicians ensure a superior finished product whether your request is the completion of minor aircraft modifications, installation of sand filter kits, replacement of windows or the repair of cabin fixture or composite elements.

Refurbishment

HeliControl Kft. provides a personalized professional service to ensure that your aircraft is restored to your satisfaction. Thanks to the exceptional skills of our team we bring new life to your helicopter. HeliControl has the expertise to provide you with all your helicopter refurbishment needs including: interior retrim and refurbishment, exterior repair and respray and avionics/radio change and up-grade.

Exterior

HeliControl specializes in all types of helicopter refinishing and painting. While one overall base color may still be the standard for some aircrafts, it is not uncommon for some owners to add schemes of their own taste. We work one on one with our customers to fulfill their most unique needs or we can offer standard schemes. Our clients are provided with a computerized draft in order to make their decision easier. (We can illustrate not only the exterior but the interior of the helicopter as well)

HeliControl offers full painting or partial painting, and can apply sanding, sand blasting or stripping procedures to get clean surfaces. We also repair cracked composite parts, and have the expertise to achieve the required finish.

Interior

HeliControl is committed to make the passengers travel experience more pleasurable and productive. Our clients can choose from an extensive selection of materials - leather, faux leather, reinforced rayon, seat foams etc. - at our premises. The seat cushions are precisely cut by a computerized machine.

Parts

HeliControl Kft. offers high quality helicopter parts and components warehoused and distributed in our facilities. We provide instant availability to our inventory via our prompt customer service system and we are also in direct contact with manufacturers therefore we can ensure a reliable part support system.

Pre-purchase inspection

In order to protect you from future inconveniences and unwanted costs we are able to inspect the selected aircraft before you purchase it. Even though in Hungary only a handful of different helicopters types are available, we have extensive connections with expert engineers and technicians inland and abroad, who are able to perform the crucial in-depth inspection of an aircraft that is very circumstancial to execute due to the lack of highly-trained professionals. The thorough documentation, the review of Airworthiness directives and bulletins, the inspection of engine performance all require a deep knowledge of the specific aircraft. Before making an offer for the purchase price, our contractual partner provides a report including any identified defects and a calculation of upcoming costs of maintenance which helps our customer determine the exact value of the aircraft. Our contractual engineers have performed successful inspections on Bell, Eurocopter, Augusta, Schweizer and Robinson type helicopters.

Helicopter Transportation

We handle all domestic and international transportation to anywhere in the world by air, sea and land.

We take care of professional loading of the helicopter into a shipment container and unloading it according to manufacturer’s specifications. We have the necessary special tools for several helicopter types. Thanks to incident free previous transportations we can offer reasonable prices through our transportation partners. We have handled multiple helicopter transportations on sea from Hong Kong and the United States, on land from Spain, Italy, Switzerland.

Aircraft Recovery

At your request, we can send our technicians to where your helicopter is grounded. The team will recover the aircraft either by performing a final repair on site, or by enabling the aircraft to be transported to your own base or to HeliControl’s premises for final repair.
